Hotel Pick Up Times
Door-to-door service is available for guests staying at major downtown Toronto hotels (see list below). Please ensure your pickup location is provided at least 48 hours prior to your tour.
WHAT TO BRING – NIAGARA FALLS SMALL GROUP TOURS:
Comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and a towel. A light mist poncho is provided, but you can also bring water-friendly shoes and a change of clothes or socks if you’re concerned about getting wet during the boat ride to the base of the Falls. The boat has a lower level if you prefer to stay completely dry. No passport is needed.
MOBILITY REQUIREMENT – NIAGARA FALLS SMALL GROUP TOURS:
To ensure everyone has a great experience, please note that this tour involves 10 to 15 minutes of walking at several stops, including an uphill stretch from the boat dock (boat ride is an optional add on for private tours). Guests should also be comfortable stepping in and out of our vehicle unassisted. Please advise us before booking if you have mobility concerns, or if you wish to bring a mobility aid such as a folding wheelchair, walker, or lightweight scooter.

NOTE:
If an event is taking place at Rogers Centre, guests staying at the Marriott City Centre, Le Germain 30 Mercer, or the InterContinental Toronto will be dropped off at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel. All of these hotels are within walking distance of the Fairmont Royal York. Pick-ups will not be affected.
