Fabulous day trip We recently took this tour, Patrick was our tour guide and Steve was our driver. We encountered a travel delay, Patrick kept us entertained with his local animated stories the entire day. He was quite knowledgeable of the area and the history of both Toronto and the Falls as well as Canadian culture in general. We would absolutely recommend this tour for an up close view of the falls as well as a few scenic stops including Niagara by the Lake.

Fantastic way to experience Niagara Falls This was an amazing way to experience the Falls in a small group setting. It was also interesting to make a lot of stops along the river on the way to Niagara on the Lake. The minibus was super comfortable, the driver, Steve, very lovely l. Our tour guide, Patrick, was extremely knowledgable, exuberant, fun and great company. He really made the trip. We loved it.

Brilliant way to see Niagara Falls and surrounds in a day This was a very well-organised tour and a great way to see Niagara without all the usual tourist trappings. The mini-bus picked us up at our Toronto hotel right on time. We were a group of 9, and the tour guide Danielle gave us all wireless headphones, so listening to all the information she gave us during the drive was easy.
Once at Niagara Falls, Danielle whisked us through to the boat, bypassing the usually compulsory digital photo stop and the mini-bus met us off the boat and took us for lunch at the Table Rock restaurant. The food for lunch was so-so, but the view was spectacular: a window table overlooking the Horseshoe Falls.
After lunch we made several stops for photos en route to Niagara-on-the-Lake, which is an attractive small town on Lake Ontario, with a distant view of the Toronto skyline.
My only criticism is that it would have been nicer to have a bit longer than 45 minutes in Niagara-on-the-Lake, although it's hard to see how that would have fitted in, unless we'd made an earlier start or cut out some of the photo stops (I wouldn't have minded missing the floral clock, for instance).

Super fun and we also learned a lot! This was a fantastic trip! A good mix of activities, good pacing given we had just one day, and our tour guide (Peter) was SUPER knowledgable and very personable. He made it a super fun but also educational day.

An Excellent Day! This was a wonderful, jam-packed day with our fantastic guide, Karen and our amazing driver Apollo. During our drive to Niagara Falls, Karen, a retired teacher, presented us with a mini history of Toronto as well as points of interest as we made our way to the Falls. The hour and 30-minute drive flew by. Our time at the Falls was well organized leaving some time to explore the area on our own after our Hornblower cruise and a great lunch which by the way, offered us a close view of the Falls. Karen kept us all on schedule so we could enjoy some time on our own at Niagara on the Lake. Once again, she prepared us for our time in this very quaint and historic town. Apollo maneuvered our very comfortable van so well that even the drive back to Toronto didn't seem that long.

A great day out We had a superb day - everything was super-well organised from start to finish, including the pick up and drop off. We were a small group of about 10, spending the day at Niagara Falls and then at Niagara -on-the-Lake. The Falls did not disappoint, and the Hornblower cruise right up to the Falls was a delight (if a little damp…..bit that’s part of the fun). We had a lovely lunch by the Falls and then headed off to the quaint town of Niagara-on-the-Lake (avoiding the vegas-style part of the town). We were able to browse the many curiosity shops and walk in the park before heading back via a flower clock and a peek at the whirlpool rapids. Definitely recommend this trip!

The only thing I can recommend is to allow more shopping time for the last stop… 45 minutes is NOT long enough

Fantastic tour of Niagara Falls What a fantastic day and experience, We got picked up in a luxury van there was only nine of us on the tour. Karen our guide was amazing and informative she told us about Canada & Toronto also pointing things out as we headed for the falls lots of interesting stories about people trying to cross them.
The sight of the falls was a wow even getting a bit wet on the hornblower cruise was fun.
We had lunch at Table Rock our table was overlooking the American falls just amazing .We also went to see the Floral clock and Niagara on the lake .Lawrence our driver opened the door and helped us all out & in a true gentleman.
I would highly recommend this tour great sights, information and plenty of time for photo opportunities a fantastic and amazing day.

Very professional tour What a lovely day we had , with our driver Dom and guide Danielle. The trip was well managed and planned by truexperiances tours,
We had fun on the bus ,with a Canadian general knowledge quiz.
It was a shame that one guest from London, on the trip , left a sour taste in the mouth,
He was rude to an Irish gentleman because he coughed , and accused him of having covid, he made sarcastic remarks because 2 people came back just 10 minutes late

He then went into a rage , when he misunderstood what Danielle had said,
about the drop offs.
He was insistent on being dropped off first, which if he listened properly, he would have realised Danielle meant he would be dropped off first.
The worst of this man was , when we got back to his drop off .
He laid into Danielle, with such vile abuse , accusing her of discrimination, regarding him not being able to sit next to his husband, that was not true , he chose to sit next to my wife and I. He then complained about having to share the bus with absolute strangers, god knows what was wrong with this man, but he certainly has a chip on his shoulder,
But the last thing that he done was to throw a water bottle at the mini bus ,
He really upset Danielle, and shocked the other people on the tour,
I would highly recommend truexperiances tours ,

A fantastic day Danielle was a lovely guide and went out of her way to give us information and tips on how to get the most out of the experience. The boat trip was great fun and we all got wet. Mario was also an excellent driver. I would thoroughly recommend this trip.
