How many staff are with the group?
Every tour includes one dedicated driver and a separate, Niagara Parks–licensed tour guide. This setup allows the driver to focus entirely on safe, comfortable transportation while the tour guide concentrates on delivering an exceptional experience. Unlike other tour companies, we never use a combined driver/guide who must guide while driving.
Where do you pick up/drop off?
Complimentary pick up and drop off is available from 30 downtown Toronto hotels. Check the Hotel Pick Up page for the full list of hotels. Please let us know your hotel a minimum of 48 hours prior to your tour.
Is lunch included?
Lunch is not included but there’s a lunch break during the tour at Table Rock Centre. You’re also welcome to bring lunch with you.
What’s the difference between this tour and the Splendours of Niagara Falls Day Tour from Toronto?
This tour includes a stop in Niagara-on-the-Lake, where you’ll have approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour of free time to explore this charming town. The Splendours of Niagara Falls Tour does not include a stop in Niagara-on-the-Lake; instead, guests enjoy additional leisure time in Niagara Falls.
Both tours are luxury small-group experiences, averaging just 8 guests per vehicle. They include door-to-door service from most major downtown Toronto hotels, admission to the Hornblower Niagara City Cruises boat ride, and two staff members in every vehicle.
Do we enter the United States during the tour?
No. We stay on the Canadian side; therefore, international travellers do not need a U.S. visa.
What is the payment policy?
Payment is required at time of booking. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac and bank transfers are accepted.
What is the cancellation policy?
Your tour is fully refundable if written cancellation is received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time. Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
Does the tours operate in the rain?
Yes—our tours run rain or shine.
How long is the drive between Toronto and Niagara Falls?
The drive is approximately 2 hours each way, depending on traffic. As traffic in the Toronto area can be unpredictable, we recommend avoiding any non-refundable dinner or event bookings after the tour. We aim to be back in Toronto by 6:30pm-7:30pm.
Can you accommodate large groups?

How much walking is involved?
There is a walk of approximately 10–15 minutes from the vehicle to the boat dock. The return walk from the dock to the vehicle is slightly uphill. At Table Rock, there is an additional walk of approximately 5–8 minutes to reach the food court. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Guests must be able to enter and exit our van independently (two steps). If you have any mobility concerns, please contact us in advance so we can assist where possible.
Are there many photo stops?
Yes! Our small group sizes allow for plenty of photo stops throughout the tour.
Will I get wet during the boat ride?
The boat has two levels: lower (stay dry) and upper (you’ll likely get wet). A light mist poncho is provided, but if you plan to enjoy the upper level, consider bringing a towel, water-friendly shoes, and a change of clothes or socks.
What should I bring on the tour?
Bring comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and a towel. A light mist poncho is provided, but you can also bring water-friendly shoes and a change of clothes or socks if you’re concerned about getting wet during the boat ride. No passport is needed.
Is there time to do Journey Behind the Falls?
Yes! You’ll have approximately 30 minutes to explore Journey Behind the Falls on your own during the lunch break, provided you have a quick meal in the food court or bring your own lunch. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to include Journey Behind the Falls.
What are the mobility requirements?
Guests should be able to walk 10–15 minutes unassisted on flat terrain and get in and out of our van (2 steps) without assistance. Please note that the walk from the boat dock is slightly uphill. If you do not meet these mobility requirements, we encourage you to contact us before booking.
All prices include admission to the boat tour. If the boat is not operating, it will be replaced by another attraction.
